You can ask any questions about the course, or about your own specific situation, and John and Winnie will be happy to personally respond. If your needs lead to phone or on-site consulting, it will be estimated in advance and billed on an hourly, half-day or daily basis. The course CD also includes a range of business forms, provided as Word^® form document templates. You can easily tailor these forms to fit your business, and any contractual language should be reviewed by your own attorney, but these forms make it even easier to get started quickly and smoothly.

Estimate Scenarios

Mastering Disasters includes three estimate scenarios, complete with photos and diagrams so you can work step-by-step through one of the most important aspects of Insurance Restoration – developing estimates that insurance companies will approve! You can then check your work with the completed estimates provided.
